New release/version

Postby Mvolmmi » 25 Jul 2017 02:41

It seems that the lastest release was 2 years ago. I see code is being commited regularlly but with no releases. Is the intention force everyone to checkout manually?
Sorry if this was asked before but I can't search for "release" or "version" due to phpBB thinking it's too "generic".

Building for OSX windows requires a bit more efforts (a lot of testing + build tools etc).
RuudBurger hasn't had a lot of time of late, but has been fixing issues in source and merging commits provided by others.
The big issue is no one else seems to be in a position to build releases.

I recommend that you run from source to get the latest version.

Run from source.

https://couchpota.to/

click "source"

then click " windows"

you can use git to pull from/switch to develop branch if needed.

Can I upgrade using this method or will that destroy the existing database?
